As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Herb, you will play a crucial role in our mission to create a global community of conscious cannabis consumers. Your primary responsibility will be to seek out qualified leads and assist in generating sales through various marketing strategies. This includes leveraging social media for prospecting, conducting outbound emailing campaigns, and making phone calls to potential customers. You will analyze the viability of leads to ensure that our Account Executives can concentrate on closing sales effectively. In this position, you will be expected to generate and assess sales leads, sharing qualified leads with our sales closers. You will also engage with prospective buyers, providing them with necessary information about our products and how they can meet their needs. Conducting market research and delivering sales presentations across different territories will also be part of your role.
