About the position

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Camping World, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to nurture prospects from initial contact through to post-sale support, ensuring a seamless customer journey. You will actively engage in prospecting, appointment setting, and maintaining accurate customer data to support the sales team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and cultivate relationships with prospects throughout their journey.
• Create a structured sales funnel through proactive prospecting.
• Generate appointments and drive traffic to meet departmental activity targets.
• Communicate effectively with prospective customers to understand their needs and provide information about RV products and services.
• Make 8-10 outbound calls per hour to schedule sales appointments.
• Utilize the CRM system to record and manage customer information and sales interactions.
• Stay updated with ongoing marketing campaigns and align efforts with marketing initiatives.
• Track and analyze personal performance metrics, including appointments scheduled and sales achieved.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial contact to sale.

Requirements

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Results-driven and motivated for sales.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.
• Prior CRM experience and computer savvy.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
