About the position

Do you have Internet Sales, Business Development or Telemarketing experience? Then there is a place for you at one of Camping World locations. Our Business Development Representatives (BD Representatives) are primarily responsible for timely contacting and following up with customers who have expressed an interest in an RV via our online channels and scheduling onsite appointments with our BD Sales Associates. They approach each interaction and transaction with the goal of exceeding customer expectations. The BD Representatives play a crucial role in the sales process by setting and recording RV Sales appointments in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. They diligently and accurately record prospective customer's information and monitor response time on all incoming leads. A thorough knowledge of all digital marketing activity and campaigns is essential to effectively engage with customers. Adherence to scripts and talking points provided for each type of phone call is required, ensuring consistency and professionalism in communication. Additionally, they are responsible for scheduling follow-ups based on customer interactions, logging notes, and making appropriate stage changes in the CRM system. Essential skills for this position include clear and concise written and verbal communication, a results-driven attitude, and excellent customer service capabilities. The ability to manage responsibilities effectively with time management skills is crucial to reach sales goals. BD Representatives must also demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. Prior experience with CRM software and being computer savvy is necessary, while previous sales experience and bilingual proficiency in Spanish are considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Set and record/track RV Sales appointments in CRM

Requirements

  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
