About the position

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in driving sustainable financial growth for the company by boosting sales and building lasting relationships with customers. This position involves nurturing prospects throughout their journey, from initial contact to post-sale support, and creating a structured sales funnel through proactive prospecting and effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Nurture and cultivate relationships with prospects throughout their journey.
  • Create a well-structured sales funnel through proactive prospecting.
  • Generate appointments and drive traffic by meeting departmental activity targets.
  • Make 8-10 outbound calls per hour to schedule sales appointments.
  • Utilize the CRM system to record and manage customer information and sales interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with ongoing marketing campaigns and align efforts with marketing initiatives.
  • Track and analyze personal performance metrics, including appointments scheduled and sales achieved.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless journey from initial contact to sale.

Requirements

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Results-driven and motivated for sales.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Prior CRM experience and computer savvy.
  • Previous sales experience is a plus.
