About the position

Camping World is seeking a Business Development Administrator to join our growing team. This role is essential in ensuring that our website accurately reflects our inventory, with all photos being current and professionally presented for the units available at our dealerships. The Business Development Administrator will also provide vital administrative support to the Business Development Sales department, ensuring that every interaction and transaction is approached with the goal of exceeding customer expectations. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in Internet Sales, Business Development, or Telemarketing, who are looking to contribute to a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for setting and recording RV Sales appointments in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. You will diligently and accurately record prospective customers' information, monitor response times on all incoming leads, and maintain a thorough knowledge of all digital marketing activities and campaigns. Adhering to scripts and talking points for each type of phone call is crucial, as is scheduling additional follow-ups based on customer interactions, logging notes, and making appropriate stage changes in the CRM. The ideal candidate will possess clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, be results-driven and motivated for sales, and demonstrate excellent customer service abilities. Time management skills are essential to effectively manage responsibilities and reach goals. The ability to multi-task while showcasing strong organizational skills is also important. Prior experience with CRM systems and a strong computer proficiency are required, while previous sales experience is a plus. Additionally, candidates should be prepared to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices as needed.

Responsibilities
