As a Sales Development Representative at Camping World, you will play a crucial role in maximizing sales opportunities and driving traffic through our internet sales department. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate and receive phone calls, adhering to provided scripts and talking points to ensure effective communication with potential customers. You will be required to make outbound calls to 8-10 customers per hour, with the goal of scheduling sales appointments and converting leads into sales. In this position, you will also be responsible for recording and managing prospective customer information through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. A thorough knowledge of all current marketing campaigns will be essential to effectively engage with customers and provide them with relevant information. You will track your personal results, including appointments, calls, sales, and engagements, using the CRM system to monitor your performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaboration with the Business Development Manager will be key to increasing the results of the department. Additionally, you will aid in managing the company's online reputation through review sites and social media outlets, ensuring that our brand is positively represented in the digital space.
