As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in maximizing sales opportunities and traffic through the internet sales department. This position requires adherence to specific scripts and talking points for each type of phone call, whether initiated or received. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to 8-10 customers per hour, with the primary goal of scheduling sales appointments. Your ability to effectively communicate and engage with potential customers will be key to your success in this role. In addition to making calls, you will be tasked with recording and managing prospective customer information through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. A thorough knowledge of all current marketing campaigns is essential, as you will need to track your personal results, including appointments, calls, sales, and engagements, using the CRM system. Collaboration with the Business Development Manager will be important to increase the overall results of the department. You will also aid in managing the company's online reputation through review sites and social media outlets, ensuring a positive image for the organization.
