About the position

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in driving sustainable financial growth for the company by boosting sales and building lasting relationships with customers. Your primary responsibility will be to nurture and cultivate relationships with prospects throughout their journey, from initial contact to post-sale support, while creating a structured sales funnel through proactive prospecting.

Responsibilities

  • Nurture and cultivate relationships with prospects from initial contact to post-sale support.
  • Create a well-structured sales funnel through proactive prospecting.
  • Generate appointments and drive traffic by meeting departmental activity targets.
  • Utilize outbound calls, online inquiries, and other lead-generation techniques.
  • Effectively communicate with prospective customers to understand their needs and provide information about RV products and services.
  • Make 8-10 outbound calls per hour to schedule sales appointments.
  • Utilize the CRM system to record and manage customer information, appointments, calls, and sales interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with ongoing marketing campaigns and align efforts with marketing initiatives.
  • Track and analyze personal performance metrics, including appointments scheduled and sales achieved.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless journey from initial contact to sale.

Requirements

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Results-driven and motivated for sales.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Prior CRM experience and computer savvy.
  • Previous sales experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
