As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in maximizing sales opportunities and traffic through the internet sales department. Your primary responsibility will be to adhere to the provided scripts and talking points for each type of phone call, whether initiated or received. You will be required to make outbound calls to 8-10 customers per hour, with the goal of scheduling sales appointments. This position demands a proactive approach to engaging potential customers and converting leads into appointments. In addition to making calls, you will be responsible for recording and managing prospective customer information through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. A thorough knowledge of all current marketing campaigns is essential, as you will need to effectively communicate these to potential customers. Tracking your personal results, including appointments, calls, sales, and engagements, will be a key part of your role, ensuring that you meet and exceed your targets. Collaboration is also a significant aspect of this position. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager to enhance the results of the department. Furthermore, you will aid in managing the company's online reputation through review sites and social media outlets, ensuring a positive image is maintained. Experience with VinSolutions is considered a huge plus, as it will facilitate your ability to perform effectively in this role.
