As a Sales Development Representative at Camping World, you will play a crucial role in our business development efforts by engaging with customers who have shown interest in purchasing an RV through our online channels. Your primary responsibility will be to contact these potential customers in a timely manner, ensuring that their inquiries are addressed and that they are scheduled for appointments with our BD Sales Associates. This position requires a proactive approach to customer interactions, with the goal of exceeding their expectations and providing exceptional service throughout the sales process. In this role, you will be responsible for setting and recording RV sales appointments in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. You will diligently and accurately capture prospective customer information, monitor response times on incoming leads, and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all digital marketing activities and campaigns. Adhering to provided scripts and talking points for each type of phone call is essential, as is scheduling follow-up communications based on customer interactions and notes logged in the system. Your success in this position will be driven by your ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally. You should be results-driven and motivated by sales, with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. Effective time management skills will be necessary to manage your responsibilities and reach your goals, while the ability to multi-task and stay organized will be key to your success. Previous experience with CRM systems and a strong computer proficiency are required, and any prior sales experience will be considered a plus. Additionally, being bilingual in Spanish is advantageous and will enhance your ability to connect with a diverse customer base.
