About the position

As a Business Development Representative at Camping World, you will play a crucial role in our enterprise-wide sales initiative. This position is designed for individuals who possess a proven track record in sales and a strong desire to succeed in the industry. Your primary objective will be to drive sustainable financial growth by enhancing sales and building long-lasting relationships with our customers. You will be expected to maximize sales opportunities and traffic through the internet sales department, ensuring that you adhere to the scripts and talking points provided for each type of phone call initiated or received. In this role, you will be required to make outbound calls to 8-10 customers per hour, with the goal of scheduling sales appointments. You will also be responsible for recording and managing prospective customer information through our CRM system, maintaining a thorough knowledge of all current marketing campaigns, and tracking your personal results, including appointments, calls, sales, and engagements. Collaboration with the Business Development Manager will be essential to increase the results of the department, and you will also aid in managing our online reputation through review sites and social media outlets. Experience with VinSolutions is considered a significant advantage. This position requires clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and excellent customer service abilities. You will need to effectively manage your responsibilities with strong time management skills to reach your goals. The ability to multi-task while demonstrating strong organizational skills is crucial. Prior experience with CRM systems and a good level of computer proficiency are necessary, along with previous sales experience being a plus. Additionally, you may be required to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Requirements
