About the position

As a Business Development Representative at Camping World, you will play a crucial role in our enterprise-wide sales initiative. We are seeking a motivated individual with a proven track record in sales and a strong desire to succeed in the industry. Your primary objective will be to drive sustainable financial growth by enhancing sales and building lasting relationships with our customers. This position is essential for maximizing sales opportunities and traffic through our internet sales department, ensuring that we meet our sales targets and customer satisfaction goals. In this role, you will be responsible for adhering to scripts and talking points for each type of phone call, whether initiated or received. You will be required to make outbound calls to 8-10 customers per hour, with the goal of scheduling sales appointments. It is vital to record and manage prospective customer information through our CRM system, maintaining a thorough knowledge of all current marketing campaigns. You will also track your personal results, including appointments, calls, sales, and engagements, using the CRM system. Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work closely with the Business Development Manager to enhance the department's results. Additionally, you will aid in managing our online reputation through review sites and social media outlets. Experience with VinSolutions is a significant advantage, as it will help you navigate our systems more effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize sales opportunities and traffic through the internet sales department

Requirements

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Results driven and motivated for sales
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to manage responsibilities with effective time management
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Prior CRM experience and computer savvy
  • Previous sales experience is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
