About the position

Camping World is seeking a Business Development Administrator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in Internet Sales, Business Development, or Telemarketing. The primary responsibility of the Business Development Administrator is to ensure that our website accurately reflects the available inventory, including maintaining current and professional photos of the units available at the dealerships. This role also involves providing essential administrative support to the Business Development Sales department. The ideal candidate will approach each interaction and transaction with the goal of exceeding customer expectations, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for setting and recording RV Sales appointments in the CRM system, diligently tracking and recording prospective customer information, and monitoring response times on all incoming leads. You will need to maintain a thorough knowledge of all digital marketing activities and campaigns, adhering to scripts and talking points provided for each type of phone call accepted or made. Additionally, you will schedule follow-ups based on customer interactions, log notes, and appropriate stage changes to ensure effective communication and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Set and record/track RV Sales appointments in CRM
  • Diligently and accurately record prospective customer's information
  • Monitor response time on all incoming leads
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all digital marketing activity/campaigns
  • Adhere to scripts and talking points provided for each type of phone call accepted or made
  • Schedule additional follow up based on contact, log notes and appropriate stage changes with customers

Requirements

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Results driven and motivated for sales
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Effectively manages responsibilities with time management to reach goals
  • Ability to multi-task while demonstrating strong organizational skills
  • Prior CRM experience and computer savvy
  • Previous sales experience is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
