As a Business Development Representative, you will be a key contributor to our enterprise-wide sales initiative. We are looking for someone with a proven track record and hunger for success in our industry. This role is essential in maximizing sales opportunities and traffic through the internet sales department, ensuring that we meet our sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. In this position, you will be required to adhere to scripts and talking points provided for each type of phone call initiated or received. You will be expected to make outbound calls to 8-10 customers per hour with the goal of scheduling sales appointments. It is crucial to record and manage prospective customer information through our CRM system, maintaining a thorough knowledge of all current marketing campaigns. You will also be responsible for tracking your personal results, including appointments, calls, sales, and engagements using the CRM system. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with the Business Development Manager to increase the results of the department. Additionally, you will aid in managing our online reputation through review sites and social media outlets. Experience with VinSolutions is a huge plus, as it will enhance your ability to perform in this role effectively.
