About the position

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in our enterprise-wide sales initiative. We are seeking an individual with a proven track record and a strong desire for success in the sales industry. Your primary objective will be to drive sustainable financial growth by enhancing sales and building lasting relationships with our customers. This position requires a proactive approach to maximize sales opportunities and traffic through the internet sales department. You will be expected to adhere to provided scripts and talking points for each type of phone call initiated or received, ensuring consistency and professionalism in communication. In this role, you will be required to make outbound calls to 8-10 customers per hour, with the goal of scheduling sales appointments. It is essential to record and manage prospective customer information through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, maintaining a thorough knowledge of all current marketing campaigns. You will also be responsible for tracking your personal results, including appointments, calls, sales, and engagements, using the CRM system. Collaboration with the Business Development Manager will be key to increasing departmental results, and you will aid in managing the company's online reputation through review sites and social media outlets. Experience with VinSolutions is a significant advantage for this position. To succeed in this role, you must possess clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, be results-driven, and motivated for sales. Excellent customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to effectively manage your responsibilities and time to meet goals. You should be capable of multitasking while demonstrating strong organizational skills. Prior experience with CRM systems and a high level of computer proficiency are required. Previous sales experience is a plus, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices may be necessary.

Responsibilities
