About the position

As a Business Development Representative at Camping World, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering customer relationships. This entry-level position focuses on maximizing sales opportunities through effective communication and customer engagement, contributing to the overall sales initiative of the company.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales opportunities and traffic through the internet sales department
• Adhere to scripts and talking points for phone calls
• Outbound call 8-10 customers per hour to schedule sales appointments
• Record and manage prospective customer information through the CRM
• Maintain knowledge of current marketing campaigns
• Track personal results including appointments, calls, sales, and engagements using the CRM system
• Work closely with the Business Development Manager to improve departmental results
• Aid in managing online reputation through review sites and social media outlets

Requirements

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Results driven and motivated for sales
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Prior CRM experience and computer savvy
• Previous sales experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
