About the position

As a Sales Development Representative at Camping World, you will play a crucial role in maximizing sales opportunities and driving traffic through our internet sales department. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate and receive phone calls, adhering to provided scripts and talking points to ensure effective communication with potential customers. You will be required to make outbound calls to 8-10 customers per hour, with the goal of scheduling sales appointments and converting leads into sales. In this position, you will also be responsible for recording and managing prospective customer information through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. A thorough knowledge of all current marketing campaigns is essential, as you will need to track your personal results, including appointments, calls, sales, and engagements, using the CRM system. Collaboration with the Business Development Manager will be key to increasing the results of the department, and you will aid in managing our online reputation through review sites and social media outlets. Experience with VinSolutions is a significant advantage for this role. To succeed in this position, you must possess clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, be results-driven and motivated for sales, and demonstrate excellent customer service abilities. Effective time management and organizational skills are crucial, as you will be managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Prior experience with CRM systems and a strong computer proficiency are required, while previous sales experience is a plus. Additionally, you may be required to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
