As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at FreedomRoads, LLC, you will play a crucial role in our enterprise-wide sales initiative. We are seeking a motivated individual with a proven track record in sales and a strong desire to succeed in the RV industry. Your primary objective will be to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and building lasting relationships with our customers. This position requires you to take ownership of nurturing and cultivating relationships with prospects throughout their entire journey, from initial contact to post-sale support. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating a well-structured sales funnel through proactive prospecting, ensuring a steady flow of activity and opportunities for our sales team. You will employ various strategies to generate appointments and drive traffic by meeting departmental activity targets, utilizing outbound calls, online inquiries, and other lead-generation techniques. Effective communication with prospective customers is essential, as you will need to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide information about our RV products and services. Your daily tasks will include making 8-10 outbound calls per hour with the primary goal of scheduling sales appointments. You will utilize the CRM system to record and manage customer information, appointments, calls, and sales interactions, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date for efficient follow-up and tracking. Staying informed about ongoing marketing campaigns and promotions will be crucial, as you will align your efforts with marketing initiatives to enhance lead generation and sales conversion. Regularly tracking and analyzing your personal performance metrics, including appointments scheduled, calls made, sales achieved, and customer engagements, will help you gauge your success in the role. You will also be expected to collaborate closely with the Sales Development Manager to improve departmental success and ensure complete customer satisfaction. This includes proactively managing the company's online reputation through review sites and social media outlets. Additionally, working in tandem with the sales team will ensure a seamless journey from initial contact to sale, contributing to the overall success of the department.
