About the position

As a Sales Development Representative at Camping World, you will play a crucial role in our business development efforts by engaging with customers who have shown interest in purchasing an RV through our online channels. Your primary responsibility will be to contact these potential customers in a timely manner, ensuring that their inquiries are addressed and that they are scheduled for appointments with our BD Sales Associates. This position requires a proactive approach to customer interactions, with the goal of exceeding their expectations and providing exceptional service throughout the sales process. In this role, you will be responsible for setting and recording RV sales appointments in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. You will diligently and accurately track prospective customer information, ensuring that all details are logged correctly. Monitoring response times on incoming leads is essential, as is maintaining a thorough understanding of all digital marketing activities and campaigns that may impact customer engagement. You will adhere to provided scripts and talking points for each type of phone call, ensuring consistency and professionalism in all communications. Additionally, you will be expected to schedule follow-up communications based on customer interactions, logging notes and making appropriate adjustments as the customer progresses through the sales funnel. Your ability to manage your time effectively and multi-task will be critical in reaching your sales goals and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Set and record/track RV Sales appointments in CRM
  • Diligently and accurately record prospective customer's information
  • Monitor response time on all incoming leads
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all digital marketing activity/campaigns
  • Adhere to scripts and talking points provided for each type of phone call accepted or made
  • Schedule additional follow up based on contact, log notes and appropriate stage changes with customer

Requirements

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Results driven and motivated for sales
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Effectively manages responsibilities with time management to reach goals
  • Ability to multi-task while demonstrating strong organizational skills
  • Prior CRM experience and computer savvy
  • Previous sales experience is a plus
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
