As a Business Development Representative at Camping World, you will play a crucial role in our enterprise-wide sales initiative. This position is designed for individuals who possess a proven track record in sales and a strong desire to succeed in the industry. Your primary objective will be to drive sustainable financial growth by enhancing sales and building lasting relationships with our customers. You will be expected to maximize sales opportunities and traffic through the internet sales department, adhering to provided scripts and talking points for each type of phone call initiated or received. In this role, you will be required to make outbound calls to 8-10 customers per hour, with the goal of scheduling sales appointments. You will also be responsible for recording and managing prospective customer information through our CRM system, ensuring that you maintain a thorough knowledge of all current marketing campaigns. Tracking your personal results, including appointments, calls, sales, and engagements, will be essential for your success. Collaboration with the Business Development Manager will be key to increasing the results of the department, and you will also aid in managing our online reputation through review sites and social media outlets. Experience with VinSolutions is considered a significant advantage. This position requires clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and a strong motivation for sales. Excellent customer service skills are essential, as is the ability to effectively manage responsibilities and time to reach your goals. You should be capable of multitasking while demonstrating strong organizational skills. Prior experience with CRM systems and a high level of computer proficiency are necessary, and previous sales experience is a plus. Additionally, you may be required to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
