About the position

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, chats, and respond to contact forms to identify and qualify prospects.
  • Research and share relevant data and insights with prospects to highlight CoreLogic's value.
  • Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and sales managers to fill the sales pipeline.
  • Close product-specific deals as defined by sales leadership to achieve monthly goals.
  • Document all conversations and sales activities accurately in Salesforce.
  • Participate in product meetings to stay updated on new developments.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to assist inbound callers efficiently.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in sales, customer service, or a client-focused role.
  • High-energy, self-motivated, and hardworking individual.
  • Experience in the Property Restoration industry is a plus.
  • Excellent conversational and listening skills with a professional phone presence.
  • Strong technology skills and research abilities.
  • Upbeat and positive attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus.
