The Sales Development Representative at Camping World Holdings, Inc. plays a crucial role in driving sales and fostering customer relationships within the RV industry. This position focuses on maximizing sales opportunities through effective communication and customer engagement, contributing to the company's long-term growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales opportunities and traffic through the internet sales department
• Adhere to scripts and talking points for phone calls
• Outbound call 8-10 customers per hour to schedule sales appointments
• Record and manage prospective customer information through the CRM
• Maintain knowledge of current marketing campaigns
• Track personal results including appointments, calls, sales, and engagements using CRM system
• Work closely with Business Development Manager to improve department results
• Aid in managing online reputation through review sites and social media outlets

Requirements

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Results driven and motivated for sales
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Prior CRM experience and computer savvy
• Previous sales experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
