About the position

Camping World is seeking a Sales Development Representative who will play a crucial role in our enterprise-wide sales initiative. This position is designed for individuals with a proven track record and a strong desire for success in the sales industry. The primary objective of this role is to drive sustainable financial growth by enhancing sales and building robust relationships with our customers. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for maximizing sales opportunities and traffic through the internet sales department, ensuring that you adhere to the scripts and talking points provided for each type of phone call initiated or received. In this role, you will be required to make outbound calls to 8-10 customers per hour, with the goal of scheduling sales appointments. You will also be responsible for recording and managing prospective customer information through our CRM system, maintaining a thorough knowledge of all current marketing campaigns, and tracking your personal results, including appointments, calls, sales, and engagements. Collaboration with the Sales Development Manager will be essential to increase the results of the department. Additionally, you will aid in managing our online reputation through review sites and social media outlets. Experience with VinSolutions is considered a significant advantage. This position is full-time and based in Hugo, MN, and offers a competitive pay range along with variable compensation opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Maximize sales opportunities and traffic through the internet sales department.

Requirements

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Results-driven and motivated for sales.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Effective time management to reach goals.
  • Prior CRM experience and computer savvy.
  • Previous sales experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
