About the position

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking Sales Development Representative to join our team. This position is crucial to our enterprise-wide sales initiative, aimed at driving sustainable financial growth through increased sales and the establishment of lasting relationships with our customers. As the largest retailer of RVs and related products in America, we pride ourselves on our comprehensive assortment of RV products and services, supported by a national network of dealerships and service centers. Our vision is to make RVing fun and easy, and we have been serving RV consumers since 1966. In this role, you will maximize sales opportunities and traffic through our internet sales department. You will be required to adhere to scripts and talking points for each type of phone call initiated or received, making outbound calls to 8-10 customers per hour with the goal of scheduling sales appointments. You will also be responsible for recording and managing prospective customer information through our CRM system, maintaining a thorough knowledge of all current marketing campaigns, and tracking personal results including appointments, calls, sales, and engagements. Collaboration with the Business Development Manager will be essential to increase departmental results, and you will aid in managing our online reputation through review sites and social media outlets. Familiarity with VinSolutions is a significant advantage for this position. The ideal candidate will possess clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, be results-driven and motivated for sales, and demonstrate excellent customer service abilities. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task are also critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication

  • Prior CRM experience and computer savvy
  • Previous sales experience is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
