As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in our enterprise-wide sales initiative, contributing significantly to our goal of driving sustainable financial growth. This position is designed for individuals with a proven track record in sales and a strong desire to succeed in the industry. Your primary responsibility will be to nurture and cultivate relationships with prospects throughout their entire journey, from the initial contact to post-sale support. You will be instrumental in creating a well-structured sales funnel through proactive prospecting, ensuring a steady flow of activity and opportunities for our sales team. In this role, you will employ various strategies to generate appointments and drive traffic, meeting departmental activity targets through outbound calls, online inquiries, and other lead-generation techniques. Effective communication with prospective customers is essential, as you will need to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide information about our RV products and services. You will utilize provided scripts and talking points for both initiating and receiving phone calls, making 8-10 outbound calls per hour with the primary objective of scheduling sales appointments. You will also be responsible for utilizing the CRM system to record and manage customer information, appointments, calls, and sales interactions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date data for efficient follow-up and tracking. Staying informed about ongoing marketing campaigns and promotions will be crucial, as you will align your efforts with marketing initiatives to leverage their impact on lead generation and sales conversion. Regularly tracking and analyzing your personal performance metrics, including appointments scheduled, calls made, sales achieved, and customer engagements, will be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with the sales team is vital to ensure total department symbiosis and a seamless journey from initial contact to sale. You will be receptive to coaching and work closely with the Sales Development Manager to improve departmental success. Additionally, ensuring complete customer satisfaction by proactively managing online reputation through review sites and social media outlets will be part of your role.
