As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in our enterprise-wide sales initiative, contributing significantly to our goal of driving sustainable financial growth. We are seeking an individual with a proven track record and a strong desire for success in the sales industry. Your primary responsibility will be to nurture and cultivate relationships with prospects throughout their entire journey, from initial contact to post-sale support. This pivotal role involves creating a well-structured sales funnel through proactive prospecting, ensuring a steady flow of activity and opportunities for our sales team. In this position, you will employ various strategies to generate appointments and drive traffic by meeting departmental activity targets. This includes utilizing outbound calls, online inquiries, and other lead-generation techniques. You will effectively communicate with prospective customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide information about our RV products and services. Utilizing provided scripts and talking points, you will initiate and receive phone calls, making 8-10 outbound calls per hour with the primary objective of scheduling sales appointments. You will also utilize the CRM system to record and manage customer information, appointments, calls, and sales interactions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date data for efficient follow-up and tracking. Staying informed about ongoing marketing campaigns and promotions will be essential, as you will align your efforts with these initiatives to leverage their impact on lead generation and sales conversion. Regularly tracking and analyzing your personal performance metrics, including appointments scheduled, calls made, sales achieved, and customer engagements, will be part of your responsibilities. Being receptive to coaching and working closely with the Sales Development Manager will help improve departmental success. Additionally, you will ensure complete customer satisfaction by proactively managing online reputation through review sites and social media outlets. Collaboration with the sales team will be vital to ensure total department symbiosis and a seamless journey from initial contact to sale. Experience with VinSolutions is a significant plus!
