TEKsystems is seeking a Sales Development Rep-2 (SDR-2) to join our team. The SDR-2 will be responsible for executing initial steps in the sales process after completing an extensive 10-week hands-on training program. This training includes online learning, business role plays, and real-time sales scenarios. The SDR will research and build call sheets of targeted customers, document and track leads, and perform outreach to potential customers. Success in this role can lead to a promotion to Account Manager, where responsibilities will expand to developing and managing customer relationships, increasing sales, and preparing sales proposals.
