About the position

As a Sales Development Representative 2 at TEKsystems, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales process and contributing to the overall success of the organization. You will be expected to increase sales and market share through both assigned and newly generated accounts, ensuring that you are effectively managing customer relationships to foster growth and satisfaction. In this position, you will leverage various resources, including Salesforce and Hoovers, to identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer relationships. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, where you will be expected to engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that align with TEKsystems' offerings. You will also receive thorough sales training within the IT Talent Solutions and Services industry, working closely with an assigned Account Manager Lead who will serve as your mentor throughout your journey.
