The Sales Development Rep is responsible for learning and executing on all steps associated with the sales process. This entails partnering with the Delivery team in identifying top IT Talent to fulfill client needs, increasing sales and market share through assigned and newly generated accounts, and identifying, developing, and managing new and existing customer relationships by leveraging resources including but not limited to Salesforce and Hoovers. The role involves contacting and meeting with prospective customers to establish customer needs, hiring cycles, and building a customer intimate relationship, as well as preparing and presenting sales information and effective proposals for customers.
