The Sales Development Representative 2 (SDR-2) at TEKsystems is a pivotal role designed to initiate and execute the early stages of the sales process. This role requires meticulous documentation and tracking of leads generated from the Recruiter Lead Program, as well as the development of customer profiles based on insights gathered during outreach efforts. In addition to these responsibilities, the SDR-2 will perform outreach to a targeted customer list, documenting weekly activities to ensure a structured approach to sales. Collaboration with the Director of Business Operations is essential, particularly in using the Inward Lens tool to identify lost customers and generate new meetings.
