About the position

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to support sales teams by identifying and creating opportunities within various sectors for our sales representatives by researching new leads, coordinating with sales teams, and generating meetings. This role reports directly to the Sales Development Team Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Research and develop prospective customers in targeted sectors.
  • Initiate contact to generate initial meetings for the sales team.
  • Gain a deep understanding of IDology solutions to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other internal tools to track and build new opportunities.
  • Participate in company-sponsored training sessions to stay updated on products and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in computer and web usage, including Word, Excel, Salesforce, or other web-based sales automation tools.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work both independently as part of a fast-paced team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and inter-departmental skills.
  • Aptitude for identifying client needs and crafting custom solutions.
