About the position

PartsSource is seeking a Sales Development Representative (Acceleration Program Participant) to join our dynamic team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a leading B2B e-commerce marketplace for healthcare, PartsSource is revolutionizing the way healthcare providers purchase MedTech repair parts and services. This role is pivotal in driving our mission to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs for our clients in the healthcare, government, and higher education sectors. The Sales Development Representative will participate in our inaugural Sales Acceleration Program, designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful sales career. You will engage with decision-makers across various vertical markets, introducing them to innovative solutions that elevate their operations through data-driven insights. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and identifying opportunities, engaging with over 60 prospects daily through calls and personalized emails, and collaborating with Business Development Executives to strategize on account development. You will learn to articulate the tangible impact of our products on customer operations and embrace a culture of self-improvement and peer-sharing. The program offers a merit-based promotion path, with the potential for advancement to a Business Development Executive role within 6-12 months. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your sales career while contributing to the transformation of healthcare procurement processes.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with decision-makers across healthcare, academia, and government sectors.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers across various departments.
  • Demonstrate the tangible impact of our products on customer operations.
  • Articulate how our solutions elevate organizations through real-time data.
  • Collaborate with a driven team to devise and implement business development strategies.
  • Engage with 60+ prospects daily through calls and personalized emails.
  • Partner with Business Development Executives to strategize on account development.
  • Participate in 1:1s, team meetings, and training sessions for continuous skill development.
  • Utilize LinkedIn and Salesforce effectively.
  • Embrace a culture of self-improvement, peer-sharing, and role-playing for peak performance.

Requirements

  • Must hold a Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly.
  • Collaborative mindset with an eagerness to share ideas and learn from others.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with high self-motivation and accountability.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior sales experience, including internships or direct sales roles.
  • Experience as a Sales Development Representative or participation in a Sales Development program.
