Sales Development Representatives will have the unique opportunity to participate in a comprehensive developmental program aimed at enhancing their sales skills while performing essential duties and responsibilities. Sales Development Representatives will collaborate closely with our Sales Support Teams to leverage data that identifies consumer insights, sales strategies, and execution plans for cross-platform campaigns that include both audio and digital products. With the support of an internal advertising fulfillment team, these representatives will gain firsthand experience with their campaigns, allowing them to optimize them in real-time. This role is not just about selling; it’s about understanding the market, building relationships, and driving results for clients. The position requires proactive engagement with qualified prospects to maintain a robust sales pipeline. Representatives will need to identify and communicate trends within client markets and industries, leading with insights to engage prospects in meaningful business conversations. Regular in-person meetings with clients will be essential to uncover their desired business results and to build strategic relationships that facilitate the presentation of tailored solutions. The role also involves discussing expectations and measurement with clients to ensure that proposed solutions deliver a strong return on investment (ROI). Ultimately, the goal is to drive advertising revenue through direct sales while managing the sales pipeline effectively and communicating internally with Sales Managers and support teams, as well as externally with clients.
