You will qualify and promote leads for new prospects and existing customers to the Oracle sales team, ensuring that all data is accurately maintained in Oracle's CRM applications. The Sales Development Representative position is a sales role that is generally eligible for incentive compensation based on achieving specified objectives. You will build a sales pipeline using cold calling methodologies and social selling, while also collaborating with the sales team on go-to-market strategies and demand generation activities. This position is in-office and does not offer visa or work permit sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Build sales pipeline using cold calling methodologies and social selling.
  • Qualify and promote leads for new prospects and existing customers to the Oracle sales team.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on go-to-market strategy and demand generation activities.
  • Ensure all data is accurately maintained and updated in the Oracle CRM applications.
  • Develop sales skills vital to identify and qualify new business opportunities and/or expansion/upsell opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
  • 0-3 years of related work experience and/or applicable coursework, philanthropy, extra-curricular, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated resilience and a strong work ethic.
  • Coachable and intellectually curious.
  • Persuasive and professional demeanor.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM applications.
