As an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Oracle, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market reach. Your responsibilities will include conducting deep account research to gather intelligence and develop a keen understanding of industry needs, identifying opportunities and gaps to create strategic solutions. You will engage with key decision-makers to uncover and understand their business challenges, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor by building comprehensive knowledge of the One Oracle stack and GIU solutions. Additionally, you will partner with sales and marketing teams to craft and execute outbound campaigns and sales plays that align with our go-to-market strategies. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a sales or business development outbound prospecting role with a proven track record of generating high-quality leads.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in outbound sales or business development roles with industry domain experience.
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred, but a passion for learning and adapting is key.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business executives.
  • Tech-savvy with a readiness to embrace and learn new technologies.
