About the position

The Bilingual Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role in the Latin America sales process, focusing on lead generation, customer engagement, and product deployment. This position requires a proactive approach to identify new sales opportunities and effectively communicate the value of GRUBBRR's innovative self-ordering technology to potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through strategic prospecting efforts
  • Identify trends and create strategies to develop new sales opportunities
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Use creative strategies and out-of-the-box techniques to identify business value, quote prices, compare options, and provide cost justification to close opportunities
  • Research accounts and follow-through on leads
  • Accurately document and manage all sales activities in our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Identify decision-makers, qualify needs, present relevant value, and overcome barriers
  • Increase satisfaction, build referrals, strengthen brand identity, and grow customer loyalty to the company through your interaction with prospects and customers
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • Desire to learn from senior level sales executives
  • Excellent communication skills are required
  • Spanish Speaking is preferred
