About the position

The Sales Development Representative at Michael Page is an entry-level role focused on generating new business opportunities and managing the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to closing sales. Responsibilities

  • Own the role of hunting new business opportunities and lead generation.
  • Manage the recruitment process from interview through offer stage and close of sale.
  • Manage a portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new.
  • Search, source, and screen potential candidates using multiple online resources.
  • Build close partnerships with clients to help their business grow by delivering effective recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct in-person interviews to evaluate candidates thoroughly.
  • Mentor and develop entry-level sales consultants across the office.
  • Participate in the proposal process by developing and pitching proposals.
  • Negotiate commercial terms of business and rates.
