About the position

The SDR is responsible for creating a robust sales pipeline by engaging with prospective dealers and reconnecting with previously churned dealers. This position requires a proactive approach, as you will be tasked with calling dealerships to set meetings and schedule demos for the Inside Sales Executives. The ideal candidate will possess a 'hunting' mindset, demonstrating a passion for direct engagement with dealers and a commitment to fostering positive relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders. In this role, you will be expected to achieve monthly quotas for new dealer activations, transactions, and revenue. You will drive growth within the dealer market by effectively managing the sales cycle from prospecting to meeting scheduling, thereby creating a strong pipeline for the Inside Sales Executives. A deep understanding of CarOffer's products and services is essential, as you will need to communicate their value effectively to potential clients. Collaboration with your team will be key, as you will work together to develop tailored solutions that address client pain points and maximize dealer lifetime value. This position is based in Addison, Texas, and requires at least 60% in-office presence. Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly quota for new dealer activations, transactions, and revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of inside/outside sales/BDR experience with a strong track record of success.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and vehicle demand to provide insights to others.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Previous experience working in a CRM (preferably HubSpot).
