About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at CarOffer is responsible for generating sales pipeline by engaging with prospective and previously churned dealers. This role requires building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, setting meetings, and scheduling demos for Inside Sales Executives. The SDR will contribute to the growth of CarOffer's market presence and revenue through a collaborative and high-performance approach.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly quota for new dealer activations, transactions, and revenue.
  • Drive growth within the dealer market by managing the sales cycle from prospect to meeting set.
  • Create a strong pipeline for Inside Sales Executives.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of CarOffer products and services to effectively communicate their value.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop tailored solutions that address client pain points.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of inside/outside sales/BDR experience with a strong track record of success.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and vehicle demand.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience working in a CRM (preferably HubSpot).
