About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role at Entrust focuses on driving revenue growth in the APAC region by initiating sales opportunities and engaging with enterprise clients. This position requires a proactive approach to identify and qualify potential customers, leveraging various tools and strategies to articulate the value of Entrust's identity verification solutions. The SDR will work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer success and will receive comprehensive onboarding and support.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate sales opportunities with an outbound approach by navigating accounts and hunting for prospects.
  • Become an expert in KYC and Identity Verification, identifying new accounts through various research methods.
  • Gain sales development experience prospecting into accounts throughout the commercial and enterprise markets.
  • Develop and execute cold calling and email campaign strategies to qualify potential customers.
  • Qualify outbound opportunities and develop a strong pipeline for Account Executives via phone and email communications.
  • Conduct research on a larger list of accounts within the territory using various resources.

Requirements

  • Comfortable initiating phone conversations with executives and overcoming objections.
  • Collaborative, coachable team player with a positive attitude.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and time management skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to own responsibilities and see projects through from end to end.
  • Ability to speak Spanish and English.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficient in using enterprise-grade sales CRM, such as Salesforce.com, and/or Outreach/Salesloft.
  • Knowledgeable in using social networking tools and sales research tools like LinkedIn and Apollo.
  • Prior sales experience.
