About the position

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Moveworks, you will play a crucial role in introducing our innovative AI technology to leading companies around the globe. This hybrid position requires you to be in the Austin, TX office three days a week, where you will collaborate closely with the Sales Development Manager to define and implement effective outreach strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and create qualified opportunities for our Account Executives, leveraging your skills in sales and technology to engage with potential clients effectively. In this role, you will be tasked with generating outbound leads, driving attendance to webinars and events, and qualifying inbound inquiries to build a robust sales pipeline. You will utilize various channels, including phone, email, and social media platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter, to prospect creatively and reach out to the right IT leaders at target companies. Achieving and exceeding monthly targets for meetings, lead creation, and pipeline generation will be a key focus of your work. You will also have the opportunity to continually learn about how Moveworks delivers instant support to employees, which not only enhances their productivity but also saves service desks time and money. Participation in weekly team meetings will allow you to discuss challenges, celebrate wins, and share insights with your colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Responsibilities

  • Generate outbound leads and drive attendance to webinars and events.
  • Qualify inbound inquiries to build pipeline for Account Executives.
  • Prospect creatively using phone, email, and social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets for meetings, lead creation, and pipeline generated.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss challenges and celebrate wins.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of software sales development experience.
  • Experience using sales automation tools, such as Outreach or Salesloft.
  • Experience using Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • A history of meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
  • A deep passion for sales and the sales process.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage data.
  • A growth mindset and deep curiosity about technology and/or AI.
  • Proven power of persuasion needed to overcome objections.
