About the position

The Sales Development Representative (Cold Calling) role at IPM Computers is designed for experienced individuals who will contribute to the growth of the business by generating new leads and setting appointments for the sales team. This position requires daily outbound cold calling and is crucial for expanding the client base and driving revenue. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong motivation to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in the market
  • Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about the company's offerings
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure timely scheduling of appointments
  • Make 80 to 100 dials per day and call upon 130 prospects weekly
  • Make 1-3 social media posts per day

Requirements

  • Previous sales development experience is required
  • Experience in telemarketing and sales is necessary
  • Ability to work independently and design call scripts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with potential clients
  • Persuasive and confident phone presence
  • Ability to effectively handle objections and overcome challenges
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and goals
