About the position

The SDR role lays the foundation for a successful sales career. There is a path for career growth within SolarWinds for the right candidate who is willing to learn. The SDR is responsible for identifying, developing, and qualifying sales opportunities for the SolarWinds Commercial Sales Team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and assess prospects to identify sales-qualified leads
  • Manage the end-to-end processes for lead qualification and management
  • Uncover problems and pain points of prospects
  • Follow up on warm inbound marketing leads as well as outbound prospecting
  • Produce high-quality call and email activity daily
  • Develop new, creative sales strategies and overcome objections by leveraging deep knowledge of products, resources and SolarWinds value proposition
