About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is a part-time contractor position focused on engaging potential clients through high-volume outbound calling. The position offers flexibility to work from home while providing a base wage and the opportunity to earn commission for each successful appointment booked. The SDR will coordinate and manage appointments for the senior sales team, contributing to the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently organize and manage appointments, ensuring smooth communication between clients and the sales team.
  • Make 40-50 calls daily to new and existing prospects, driving business expansion and engagement.
  • Receive additional compensation for each appointment booked that results in a meeting which the client attends without rescheduling or cancelling.

Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible 4-hour shift within the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM.
  • Proficient in making outbound calls and managing complex schedules.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, essential for both phone interactions and effective email follow-ups.
  • Must be a US citizen; residency in Houston is a plus.
