Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize customer accounts for outreach using an AI engagement tool to grow business.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for new customer acquisition, account reactivation, and churn reduction.
  • Conduct outbound calls to re-engage customers, problem-solve, and identify their needs.
  • Proactively reach out to at-risk existing customers to gather feedback and address concerns before they escalate.
  • Collaborate with customer care and sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Understand customer pain points and provide tailored solutions to address their challenges.
  • Provide regular updates to the sales management team on progress toward goals and insights from customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Industry experience preferred but not required due to AI technology for onboarding.
  • Strong ability to conduct outbound calls and engage effectively with B2B customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
