Become a Sales Development Representative for an Inc 5000 Fastest Growing Company! At Elite Pro Painting, our Sales Development Representatives are the first step in our customers' experience. This role would consist of generating leads for potential clients for the company through door to door marketing and delivering on our promise of exceptional customer service. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in broadening our client base and brand recognition, while generating revenue and reaching company goals. In this position, you will engage with prospective clients face-to-face at their homes through knocking on doors. You will need to be on your feet and moving for extended periods of time. The role includes receiving training that can translate to a career path in Project Management, Sales, SDR Management, or Leadership. You will develop a solid understanding of exterior home structures and confidently communicate this to prospective clients. Additionally, you will gain a deep understanding of Elite Pro's products, services, and what differentiates our company from others. You will coordinate with company appointment setters to schedule prospective client estimates and efficiently manage your assigned territory while tracking all interactions with prospective clients. Entering leads and appointments made every day will allow you to earn bonuses, incentives, and recognition. You will also work with other departments for large-scale company sales events throughout the year and participate in ongoing sales training on a weekly basis in groups or 1:1 with a mentor/manager.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections with persistence.
