About the position

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role at Atlassian is designed for early-career professionals fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese and English. This position focuses on building sales pipelines in collaboration with Sales and Success Account Teams while ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Accountable for meeting setting, outbound prospecting, conversion, quota, and activity metrics.
  • Navigate objections through value-driven messaging.
  • Write relevant emails and conduct video prospecting to drive value for customers.
  • Build the pipeline in partnership with Sales and Success Account Teams.
  • Utilize tools such as SFDC, Gong, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese AND English.
  • No previous SDR experience required; passion for starting a sales career is welcomed.
  • Strong accountability and performance orientation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and engage customers.
  • Proactive in seeking feedback and coaching for continued learning.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in software sales is a plus but not mandatory.
