About the position

TimelyCare is currently seeking a Sales Development Representative (University Partnership Coordinator) with a hunter mentality to be responsible for various sales activities. This role includes prospecting, meeting set-up and support, top of funnel awareness, and pipeline acceleration. As a key member of the revenue team, you will play an instrumental role in defining the experience of TimelyCare's suite of tools. You will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, business operations, and business development teams to drive success in your initiatives. In this position, you will engage with prospect contacts and set meetings through phone and email communications. You will implement best-in-class processes, practices, and efficiency to enhance the sales workflow. Critical thinking and collaboration with teammates and leadership will be essential as you create, experiment, and build best practices and playbooks. Strategic planning will be necessary to prioritize your territory and tailor messaging to different market segments and buyer personas. Additionally, you will coordinate with Marketing Leadership to ensure that targets and metrics are being met or exceeded. Partnering with Account Executives will be crucial to create cohesiveness and drive strong alignment in targeting prospects. You will also streamline and refine lead qualification processes, resulting in a more efficient sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience in lead generation and/or selling into Higher Education preferred.
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce.com, Salesloft, and Gong.
  • Comfortable with email, on camera, the phone, and in-person communications.
  • Courageous, confident, and self-driven personality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to write clearly and succinctly, crafting tailored messages for senior-level prospects.
  • Highly effective organizational skills to implement a variety of programs.
  • Desire for a career in sales preferred.
