This entry-level position is designed for individuals who are eager to develop their sales skills and contribute to building long-term relationships with our customers. The primary objective of this role is to find, develop, and maintain business relationships, ensuring that our customers view us as a lifelong partner. Our diverse range of solution offerings allows customers to become loyal clients, often purchasing multiple systems and services from us. As a Sales Development Representative, you will have the opportunity to increase your income through an incentive pay structure based on sales performance. We are looking for highly driven individuals who thrive in a competitive environment and are motivated to exceed their sales targets. While previous sales experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement. What is essential is a strong desire to learn about our products, including electrical and electronic systems, software solutions, and the ability to solve customer problems effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to customers through various channels, including in-person visits, phone calls, and emails. Your communication and persuasion skills will be crucial in securing appointments, conducting effective proposal presentations, and ultimately closing deals. Responsibilities

  • Drive business by finding and developing new customer relationships.
  • Assist in maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships.
  • Conduct in-person, phone, and email outreach to secure appointments.

  • Close sales deals and achieve sales performance targets.
  • Plan and manage your own territory coverage to meet quotas.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to learn about electrical/electronic systems and software solutions.
  • Motivated self-starter with a desire to build a career in sales.
  • Entry-level position, under 1 year of experience preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Past industry sales experience is welcome but not required.
  • Aptitude for learning how things work and solving customer problems.
