The Sales Development Representative (Entry-Level) at Pacific Office Automation is responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound cold calling and client engagement. Responsibilities

• Prepare and plan daily activities and attend sales training/team meetings.
• Conduct outbound cold calling to set face-to-face appointments with clients.
• Learn and demonstrate the benefits of all of POA's products, services, and solutions to clients.
• Develop and present tailored proposals to meet individual client needs.
• Ensure outstanding customer service through regular follow-up with clients.
• Seek out new customers and partner with existing ones daily.
• Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers to secure new business.
• Engage in field prospecting both face-to-face and virtually.
