About the position

The Sales Development Representative (Entry-Level) at Pacific Office Automation is responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound cold calling and client engagement. This role focuses on building relationships with potential clients, demonstrating the benefits of the company's products and services, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The position offers comprehensive sales training and opportunities for career advancement within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and plan daily activities and attend sales training/team meetings.
  • Conduct outbound cold calling to set face-to-face appointments with clients.
  • Learn and demonstrate the benefits of all of POA's products, services, and solutions to clients.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals to meet individual client needs.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service through regular follow-up with clients.
  • Seek out new customers and partner with existing ones daily.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers to secure new business.
  • Engage in field prospecting both face-to-face and virtually.
